2019 Summer interns
The lab welcomes SROP participants Naysha and Ariana from Puerto Rico and Wendi from Urbana-Champaign. Naysha and Ariana apply superresolution imaging to study cytoskeletal and membrane structures of T cells, while Wendi takes a crack at accelerating content-aware restoration of bioimages through machine learning.

Our manuscript entitled “Chromatin imaging and new technologies for imaging the nucleome” is accepted by WIREs Systems Biology and Medicine. This article provides a systematic review of the current imaging techniques and labeling strategies for chromatin imaging. Congrats Nicole and Jane! Link to the article
