Hirushi’s superresolution work to appear in ACS Nano!
Hirushi has discovered that non-covalent antibody-antigen interactions can be manipulated for single-molecule localization microscopy. Her work lays the groundwork for utilizing transient protein-protein interactions to bypass the labeling artifacts from immunofluorescence staining for quantitative superresolution microscopy. Congrats!
