New work on phalloidin-PAINT appears in Biophysical Journal.

Hirushi's work leveraging transient binding of dye-conjugated phalloidin to achieve quantitative superresolution imaging of F-actin is published in Biophysical Journal. Through her work, she successfully captured intricate F-actin-associated membrane fibers of dendritic cells (DCs), which are often lost during the washing steps in standard staining procedures. She quantitatively characterized the spatial redistribution of F-actin in DCs following lipopolysaccharide stimulation. Her work opens new possibilities to quantitative "PAINT" proteins using small molecules. Congrats, Hirushi!
