Our lab reports a new superresolution imaging technique.

BC

In the new paper to appear in Bioconjugate Chemistry, Hirushi, Thilini, and co-authors report a new superresolution technique termed single-antibody labeling. Single-antibody labeling departs from the standard immunofluorescence staining procedure, in which the quality of the antibodies cannot be effectively evaluated for superresolution imaging. The new technique paves new pathways for evaluating antibody binding in the cellular environment, one antibody at a time.
